By accessing or using TravelPeak services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

TravelPeak is a travel booking service that arranges flight and hotel packages by phone. We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers. All bookings are subject to the supplier's own terms and conditions.

When you confirm a booking, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided. Prices quoted are valid at the time of booking and include applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.

Changes and cancellations are handled according to the policies of the underlying airline, hotel, or supplier. We may charge a service fee for modifications. See our Refund / Cancellation Policy for more details.

TravelPeak is not liable for supplier defaults, delays, cancellations, or travel disruptions beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our booking service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
